During your stay
A Three Course Homemade Breakfast is included with the room rate. Breakfast is served in the Breakfast Room at 9:00AM daily. Special arrangements may be made for breakfast at an earlier time.
Wireless Internet and onsite private parking is included.
Check in time is 3:00-5:00 P.M. Check out time is 11:00AM. Late check in and check out may be available upon request.
Other Important Information
The double occupancy rate is between $89.00 and $119.00. The rate for each additional person is $15.00 (including children). The rate for each additional person, breakfast only is $10.00. All occupancy rates are subject to change. Accepted forms of payment include: cash, personal check, Traveler's Check, Mastercard and Visa. State and local taxes may apply.
We honor AAA and Senior Citizen discounts with a two night minimum. Military discount is available for active personnel.
A minimum stay is required for Holiday weekends (2 night minimum).
We have a small dog living in the Inn. Please let us know of any allergies at the time of reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guest pets.
Children are welcome. Onsight childcare is not provided.
The staff of Arbor Lights is happy to make special arrangements on your behalf including dinner reservations, flowers, birthday cake, etc. Please let me know how to assist you.
If you would like friends or family members to join you for breakfast, we are more than happy to accommodate. Please provide 48 hours notice. Additional charge per person is $10.00.
Deposit amount required - A 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation. Check deposits are accepted if reservation is made at least one month in advance. Credit card deposits confirm immediately.
Cancellations - Due to the limited number of rooms, cancellations of all confirmed reservations must be made 8 days (1-month for holidays/special events) in advance of the scheduled arrival date or your deposit will not be refunded. All cancellations and reservation date changes may be subject to a $25.00 handling charge regardless of the date of cancellation or change. Guests are responsible for the full amount for all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure date if the cancellation occurs less than twenty-four hours before the reservation.
Oberlin College Events
A minimum Stay is required for select Oberlin College Events. A three night minimum stay is required for Oberlin College Graduation and or Memorial Day weekend. A two night minimum stay is required for Parent's Weekend and Freshman Orientation. Reservations are accepted for Graduation beginning June 1 of the prior year (i.e. reservations for 2011 will be accepted June 1, 2010).
For Oberlin College Graduations made by February 15 will be charged a $50.00 rebooking fee. A 50% non-refundable deposit (check or money order)is required by February 15. The outstanding balance is required by April 15 (check or money order). After April 15, your entire stay is not refundable as guests are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure date.If deposits are not received by requested dates, your reservation will be forfeited. A 30 day cancellation notice must be given for Freshman Orientation and Parent's Weekend.
